Refund Policy:
Generally, there are NO refunds once a family is registered for camp. However, there may be times when a refund can be accommodated, though, it is not guaranteed. To request a refund, please email the camp director, Luna, at [email protected]. You may be asked to email a written statement for the reasoning of the refund and the status of your refund may pend board review. The First Neighborhood board meets once a month, every month, except August. Refund requests after the board meet in July will need to wait for September.

E-Bikes:
Safety is important at FNDC. Motorized vehicles/bikes are not allowed to be used on First Neighborhood property or on the greenbelts. Please do not use your e-bikes for recreational purposes on the property or use your e-bikes for travel to and from camp. Camp does not store bikes or e-bikes in the facility.

Cellphone/Electronic Device Policy:
FNDC is a tech-free camp. Campers are strongly encouraged not to bring a cell phone to camp. If a cell phone is needed, we ask that all campers keep their cellular devices stored in their backpacks and refrain from using it throughout the day. Additionally, all other electronic devices are banned from camp. Any camper caught violating this policy will have their cell phone/device confiscated until the end of the camp day. Repeated violations of this policy could result in expulsion from camp. No refunds will be offered.

(unless camper is permitted to walk home)
