Campminder / Enrollment Information
2026 Camper Registration
We are continuing to use CampMinder as our application method for the summer. Please read thoroughly. Here is what you need to know:
CampMinder Information:
Campminder is an online platform for families to apply and register for camp! Steps for registration include:

1. Once registration is open, please click on the "2026 Camper Registration" button, located  on the top of this page and on our homepage.

2. New camp families will need to create a CampMinder Parent Portal Account (Camp In Touch) and complete an application for each child attending camp. Returning families will just need to log back into their already existing account. 

3. Complete the camper application(s). At the end of your application, you will be able to input the information of your preferred payment method (YOUR PAYMENT WILL NOT BE CHARGED AT THIS TIME).

4. Once you have submitted your application(s), you will land on the confirmation page and receive a confirmation email (please always check your spam inboxes).

5. FNDC will review your application(s) and change the status of your application from "Applied" to 'Enrolled". Once you are enrolled, any/all discounts will be applied and your payment method will automatically be charged. Processing fees apply for credit card and e-check payments. There are no processing fees for Debit Card payments.

6. You may view your invoice and charges at any time on your CampMinder Parent Portal (Camp In Touch). Please keep in mind that there are no refunds once your application has been reviewed and your camper has been enrolled. 7. After your camper(s) is/are enrolled, you will be able to log into your parent portal and fill out the Authorized Adult Pick-Up List. The pick-up list can be updated whenever you'd like to include any individual who is authorized to pick up your child from camp (ie. babysitters, friends, older siblings, etc.). You are also able to remove individuals from your list at any time.



Helpful Notes: 
  • We recommend allotting at least 10-15 minutes to complete you registration
  • Turn around time for applications to be approved is about 7 business days
  • Parent Portal is called Camp In Touch, the link can be found HERE

Please allow 24 hours for a call back on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends. Our operating hours are from 8am - 5pm on weekdays and we are closed on weekends. Thank you!
